The Tenants Advice Service (TAS) is a free service providing information and advice to all tenants, including private & Department of Housing tenants, and caravan park residents.

• Bond claims
• Rent increases
• Rent arrears
  
• Notices of termination
• Eviction
• Tenants' rights & responsibilities
• Consumer, Trader & Tenancy Tribunal matters

Services We Provide:

• Education in tenants' rights, for community workers, tenants, park residents & community groups.
• Face-to-face advice by appointment (please phone).
• Advocacy for tenants of residents who need representatin or assistance at the Consumer, Trader & Tenancy Tribunal.
