  Traffic problems within the area.

  School traffic and education lectures.

Community Education & Policing Lectures
  Lectures to community groups from preschool to elderly groups on a range of topics.

Safety House Program
  Program established to form a safety net for children coming to and from schools.

Homes Vacant Register
  A register maintained at the police station of houses which are vacant during the owners absence.

Keyholder's Register
  A register of keyholders of business premises who may be called after hours in the event of a break-in, malicious damage or fire, etc.


Specialist Officers:

Youth Liaison Officer
  Matters involving juveniles or youth problems.

Licensing Sergeant
  All licensing matters including liquor, shooters and firearms licenses, second-hand dealers and pawnbrokers, collectors licences and other such licence matters.

Domestic Violence Liaison Officer
  Dealing with domestic violence matters and related issues

Gay & Lesbian Liaison Officer
  Gay related problems.

Intelligence Officer
  May be contacted with information relating to illegal activities.

Crime Prevention Officer
  Matters dealing with Local Area Command Safety.

Local Area Commander:
  Responsible for all Policing Services on Mid North Coast – Laurieton to Nambucca Heads – 14 Police Stations
